We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled prior to 12 hours before the scheduled time, no cancellation fee will be charged.

In case of a no-show, the customer will be charged 100% of the full appointment value. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all customers and we kindly request that cancellations be made through our website.
