前日・当日のキャンセル：施術料金の100%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
30分以上の遅刻：キャンセル扱いとなり、施術料金の100%をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。
遅刻された場合は施術時間が短くなります。遅れる場合は必ずご連絡ください。
Cancellations made 2 days before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If your therapist is Japanese, an interpreter fee of ¥3,000 per person will be required.
